Yes, you do have to pinch yourself as you drive into Palm Springs. Not just due to the amazing hilly backdrop that quite literally looks like a work of art, but have you seen the architecture??!Some of our most enjoyable Palm Spring days (besides cocktails and pool time) were spent travelling around the area, taking in the house designs and making a few (*endless) notes for our future home!Four days in the desert oasis went far too quickly, but we managed to fully experience the beautiful area and have far too much fun doing so.. read our must-dos below!WHERE TO EAT.

Tip – add a Frozen Pina Colada to your order!Ruby's Diner – 155 S Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92262: As classic as they come – you’ll feel like you’ve gone back in time when you walk into this diner.WHERE TO HANG.
The Hotel Pool - 701 E Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92264: We never got sick of our Ace Hotel pool, not when food, cocktails and shade sails (if necessary) are all in short reach of your deck chair.Twin Palm Residence – 1145 E Vía Colusa, Palm Springs, CA 92262: It was beyond an amazing experience checking out the Twin Palms Estate at the BEAR US Launch. If you are able to, try your luck at a tour/renting out the estate!WHAT TO DO.
Hire bikes and ride around town – Vista Las Palmas, Palm Springs, CA 92262: The best way to pick out your new home in the desert.. seriously, the house exteriors will win you over!
Drive to Joshua Tree – Joshua Tree National Park, California: Just under 1 hour away, you’ll be blown away by the beauty of the desert.WHERE TO STAY.
