After holding it's debut Spring Summer 23 show in a semi-open courtyard of the Petit Palais museum in Paris, we knew we had to get our hands on this incredible Zimmermann piece as soon as we spotted it on the runway.. and that we did. Back home in Australia we found ourselves prancing around our coastal backyard in this 'butterfly-esque' design; the intricate details of this piece, with endless hand stitched shell beading and metre upon metre of layered silk linen, had us (and anyone in it's presence) in awe.
