A new chapter in its rich past was opened as Chiuri became the first female creative director in Dior’s 71-year history – talk about girl power! She took the iconic simplicity of the ‘The New Look’ silhouette and reinterpreted its style to resonate with the modern woman.

Chirui has always made it clear that feminism is a key part of her Dior and it’s not just through pretty floral patterns or lots of sequins. Instead, she weaves together the tulle and bodices with faded denim and leather, triumphantly letting a new kind of feminism speak out for itself! Ladies we got this!
