WHERE TO STAY

1. HILTON ADELAIDE

Providing picturesque views of Victoria Square from your room or pool side, this hotel has it all. A fully equiped gym for the fitness guru. Mouthwatering dining/bar options downstairs. Or possibly the comfiest bed we’ve ever come across. Hilton Adelaide would win anyone over!

2. MAYFAIR

– Make a reservation at Mayfair HERE

Located in the heart of the city, this 5 star hotel is the ultimate in terms of luxury. Whether you’re after a well earned cocktail at their luxurious marble bar downstairs, or just after a quick snack (from their complimentary mini bar might we add), Mayfair will have you feeling like royalty!

1. MAGILL ESTATE RESTAURANT (DINNER)

– Make a reservation at Magill Estate Restaurant HERE

Fine dining, at its finest! Quite truly the best gourmet experience we have come across. With top quality squid, crab and 9+ grade wagyu beef – complimented with wine pairings that would have top wine connoisseurs drooling at the mouth – it will definitely be a dining experience quite hard to top! 

2. MAGILL ESTATE KITCHEN (LUNCH)

– Make a reservation at Magill Estate Kitchen HERE

Offering a more relaxed dining option, The Magill Estate Kitchen offers wholesome food and wine pairings, making it the perfect dining choice for a long lunch with family and friends.

4. 2KW (BAR)

– Make a reservation at 2KW HERE

With a cocktail in hand and a jaw dropping rooftop view, 2KW is the go-to for a relaxed cocktail or two (or three)!

5. MAYBE MAE (BAR)

– Make a reservation at Maybe Mae HERE

Taking you back to 60s/70s elegant glam vibes, this underground bar is possibly one of the best cocktail bars in the city. The interior speaks for itself!


WHAT TO SEE & DO

1. LOSE YOURSELF IN ART GALLERY OF SOUTH AUSTRALIA

– See more of the Art Gallery of SA HERE 

Could only be described as picture perfect (see what we did there?!). With over 42,000 works, their collection including painting, sculptures, prints, drawings, photographs, textiles, ceramics, glass, metalwork, and jewellery is nothing short of amazing.

2. HANG OUT AT HENLEY BEACH

Adelaide’s most attractive metropolitan beach by far. Henley Beach has a great public square and great eateries nearby. It also offers a great 4km return walk from Henley to Grange, so pick a sunny day to explore!

3. EXPLORE ADELAIDE CENTRAL MARKET

– See more of the Adelaide Central Market HERE 

The epitome of fresh. Fresh fruit, fresh cheese, fresh seafood or meat. Whatever you are looking for, you will find it here (and probably some more). We couldn’t help ourselves and had to walk away with not only fresh produce for a cheese board, but fresh Turkish Delight too.. yes, calling all fellow sweet tooth’s, it is your type of heaven!

4. WALK ALONG THE TORRENS RIVERS

With the river running straight through the city, it offers the perfect scenic morning walk (or run if you’re motivated enough!).

5. DISCOVER HAHNDORF

Classified as Australia’s oldest surviving German settlement, this cute little village offers endless food, wine, art & culture. You’ll need at least a day to explore everything it has to offer!
